STEP 1 - The Inquiry

Upon receiving your inquiry, I will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the date requested or discuss an alternative date.

STEP 2 - Understanding Your Unique Needs

Every mom-to-be is different, and so is every pregnancy. That's why I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. I take the time to understand your unique needs and desires.

Whether it's capturing the elegance of your baby bump, the twinkle in your eye, or the intimate moments shared with your partner, I'm here to make it all happen in the most comfortable and enjoyable way possible.

After I receive your maternity or newborn questionnaire, we will schedule a phone consultation. Here, we will dive deep into understanding your needs, expectations, and objectives. We'll discuss your vision, brainstorm ideas, and desired outcomes, allowing me to lay the foundation for your tailored client experience.

STEP 3 - Booking Your Session

Once we have fine-tuned the details of your session, I will create your personalized booking link outlining the details we discussed.

The booking link allows you to review the session details, sign the contract and make a secure payment of $99 to secure your session date. After the non-refundable $99 booking fee is paid, that is when we are officially official. YAY!

Payment Plan Option

I offer a hassle-free payment plan for your convenience. Your booking link is automatically set up with the payment plan option. You have the choice of,

Settling the remaining balance, the day before your session date, with no additional fees added or,
Extending your payment plan after the session has already taken place, in which case, a $100 extension fee will be added to your package.

STEP 4 - Final Details

In the week leading up to your session, I will personally contact you to inquire about any revisions that may be required following our consultation call. This is also the time for you to drop off any props for the set, if applicable, or to schedule a fitting if necessary. Additionally, I will provide you with any pertinent updates regarding your upcoming session.

The day before your session, you can expect to receive a brief text message from me summarizing the important details of your session. This serves as a helpful reminder and ensures that you have all the necessary information at hand.

STEP 5 - YAY! Your Big Day!

On the day of your Maternity Session,

Expect a personalized and relaxed experience that celebrates this incredible chapter in your life.

Upon arrival, to Bella's in-home studio, I will welcome you with a cozy space to feel at ease. I will guide you through wardrobe choices and provide gentle direction for poses that capture your beauty and the unique bond with your growing baby bump.

Throughout the session we will dance, laugh and engage in casual conversation, ensuring that you're comfortable and enjoying the process. The end result? Timeless photographs that not only capture this special moment but the joy, anticipation, and love you feel.

Your maternity session with me is more than just a photo shoot; It's a cherished memory in the making.

On the day of your Newborn Session,

During your session, I prioritize in creating a relaxed and unhurried environment to ensure your baby's comfort, happiness, and safety. I understand that each baby is unique, so I adapt my approach to accommodate your baby's temperament and needs.

I provide ample time for quieting, soothing, diaper changes, feeding, and cuddling, allowing your baby to dictate the pace. While I may suggest certain poses or the use of props, I always respect your baby's comfort level. If your baby is not receptive to a particular pose or prop, I will quickly adjust and find an alternative that your baby feels more at ease with.

Your baby's well-being and comfort are my top priorities throughout the session.

STEP 6 - Your Proof Gallery Activated

Within 48 hours following your session date, you will receive access to your personalized proof gallery. This gallery will contain a minimum of 100 proofs, providing you with a wide selection of images to choose from.

Once you have made your selections, I will work my magic and begin the editing process. Approximately three weeks after receiving your chosen images, you will receive an email with a link to download the edited versions.

If you wish to expand your collection, additional images can be purchased through my digital package options, conveniently available in my store.

Additionally, I offer a variety of newborn announcements, books, and other gift items for you to consider, adding a special touch to commemorate this precious time.
