 The Bella Babes program is Gwen's way to give back to the community while also supporting her growth as a photographer in her new home of Winnemucca. It’s a partnership where Gwen offers her talent and time to create beautiful images, and in return, the community helps her establish a successful photography business. Through this program, Gwen aims to build strong relationships, create stunning photography, and make a positive impact on the community she now calls home.

Bella Babes Goal

As Gwen relocates her photography business to Winnemucca, this model call serves as a warm introduction to the community. It’s a way to connect with local families, moms-to-be, high school seniors, and children while showcasing Gwen’s unique style. The goal is to build relationships within the community and explore the beautiful surroundings through the lens.

This packet will walk you through the details of what LBP is looking for during your session. Please read through the information to make sure you are able to comply with LBP’s artistic vision and guidelines of the program. I am here to answer any questions you may have.

What's in it For You!

In exchange for your time & talent, by participating in the Bella Babes Program, you’ll receive:

  • Session Fee - As a recruited Bella Babe for LBP you receive a complimentary extended time photo session at no cost to you.
  • Images Included - Any image LBP edits to use for marketing you will also receive.  Studio chooses images to be edited and delivered via download. Print release included. Typically, you can expect to see 5-10 edited images from each session.
  • Social Media Teasers - You will get a variety of photo collages texted to you. These are great to share/post on your social media platforms, mom groups, and with family and friends. I will also have behind the scenes videos that you can share. Feel free to take videos or photos of me in action that we can use as well. These are great for talking about the experience.
  • Proof Gallery - You will receive a private, watermarked proof gallery of all the images from your session, which will be active for 2 weeks. During this time, you can view the images and purchase any digital image package at a 25% discount if you choose. The gallery will be available approximately 3 weeks after your session date, although this timeline may be extended during busier periods, as model call sessions are prioritized after paid sessions.
  • Custom Products - 15% off custom design books and cards.
  • Feature Spotlight - The opportunity to be featured on La Bella’s Photography website, blog, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Future Session - The opportunity to be called upon again for future model call sessions.

Expectations of a Bella Babe

If selected to participate in the Bella Babes Program, here’s what we ask of you:

  • Follow me on Instagram @Labellaspics
  • Invite your Facebook friends to check out LBP's Facebook page.
  • Be sure to "LIKE" the La Bella's Photography by Gwen Facebook page at facebook.com/labellasstudio.

  • Make a least 1 social media post after your session raving about your experience with La Bella's Photography.
  • Enthusiasm and Cooperation: Be ready to share your unique personality and story with Gwen as she captures your authentic moments.
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to explore different locations around Winnemucca that Gwen suggests for your session.
  • Model Release: A model release/agreement must be signed before you can become a Bella Babe. Allow the images to be used by LBP, its partners, associates and affiliates in marketing and promotional materials, in digital, print and electronic mediums to include but not limited to contest submittals, magazine features, social media, websites and blogs.
  • Social Sharing: Share your experience and photos on your own social media platforms, tagging and mentioning La Bella’s Photography.
  • Promote LBP Posts: Repost any specials or deals I post. Share them to your story or in a post.
  • Open Dialogue: As a Bella Babe it is important that you are extremely open with me about how the experience is for you. I want to know the good the bad and the ugly, so that I can adjust where I need to for future clients. Your feedback will be very helpful to the success of future sessions. Don't be shy, I am completely open to your honest feedback.

Your main goal is to show off your incredible images and share your excitement about your experience with La Bella's Photography! This is where you shine—by spreading the word to your friends, family, social media followers, and mom groups about the fun you had, and the amazing moments captured by LBP. We’d love for you to encourage them to consider La Bella's Photography for their future photography needs by sharing your experience.

What you won’t need to do is worry about making a certain number of referrals or pressuring anyone to book a session (trust us, your photos will speak for themselves). However, you will only be eligible for Bella’s Babe Referral Bonuses if your referrals lead to bookings.

A referral is defined as a booked high school senior, maternity, milestone, children, engagement, or family portrait session with a signed contract and full payment. Mini sessions and other types of bookings not listed won’t count towards the incentive program.

Session Details

Session Date: TBD - You must be available to participate on a weekday. There will be no weekend days available. Sessions will be planned between the last two weeks of September and first two weeks of October.

Session Time: The time will be determined closer to each session date. As I am still scouting areas. Most of my sessions will take place 2 hours before sunset.

Session Location: Outdoors on-location session TBD.

Referral Bonus

How do I get more FREE goodies?

Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, if you refer a friend and they book with us that will earn you FREE goodies! Just for showing LBP some good ol’ fashion love.

Your referral must mention your name when booking their session for you to get the credit. This is made easier if they bring your Bella Babe Card with them to the session.

Because I know you're working hard for LBP I want to reward your hard work! As you accumulate referrals, you earn FREE goodies!

 

What you can earn:

3-5 Referrals

Complimentary future maternity, family, engagement, children or high school senior sessions.

6-10 Referrals

- Your 5-referral item

- A FREE 8x8 custom designed professionally printed keepsake book. The book will hold your favorite images from your session. Each image used in the book will be available via download.

11-beyond Referrals

- Your 5- and 10 referral items

- Bella VIP status - Lifetime of only paying the session fee and all proof images will be included with each session. Good for future maternity, family, engagement, children or high school senior sessions.

 

Note - Bella's Babes are not required to make any certain number of referrals but will only be eligible to receive bonus images if the person they referred secures a date with a regular paid in full photo session with LBP.

Wardrobe Requirements and Ideas

Creating a wardrobe for a country/boho-themed photography session involves selecting outfits that are relaxed, earthy, and stylish, with a touch of rustic charm. Below, I’ll break down ideas for each type of session:

1. Maternity Photography:

  • Outfits: Flowy, off-the-shoulder maxi dresses in neutral tones like ivory, sage, or blush. Lace details or crochet accents add a boho touch. A fitted dress with a soft floral pattern also works well to accentuate the baby bump.
  • Accessories: Wide-brimmed hats, flower crowns, and delicate jewelry. A lightweight shawl or kimono with fringe can add texture.
  • Shoes: Barefoot, leather sandals, or ankle boots with a slight heel.

2. Family Photography:

  • Outfits: Mix and match patterns and solids within a soft color palette like dusty blues, soft browns, and creams. Mom can wear a flowy dress, Dad in a linen shirt with rolled-up sleeves, and kids in simple cotton dresses or denim overalls.
  • Accessories: Suspenders for the boys, floppy hats for the girls, and a fringed shawl or blanket for a cozy family shot.
  • Shoes: Barefoot for a more natural look, or everyone in coordinating boots.

3. Engagement Photography:

  • Outfits: For her, a lace or floral maxi dress, or a flowing skirt paired with a simple tank top. For him, a button-up shirt in chambray or plaid with rolled-up sleeves, and well-fitted jeans or chinos.
  • Accessories: A statement necklace, a floppy hat for her, and perhaps a rustic leather belt for him. A light scarf can add texture.
  • Shoes: Cowboy boots, ankle boots, or casual loafers.

4. Children Photography:

  • Outfits: Little girls in flowy dresses with floral patterns or eyelet lace details. Boys in suspenders with linen shirts and shorts or relaxed-fit pants. Neutral tones with pops of muted colors like mustard yellow or sage green.
  • Accessories: Floral headbands, straw hats, or a small wicker basket for props.
  • Shoes: Barefoot, or simple sandals and boots.

5. Senior Photography:

  • Outfits: Flowy bohemian dresses, bell-bottom jeans with a crochet top, or a denim jacket over a simple dress for a layered look. For a more casual vibe, a graphic tee with a floral or paisley print skirt works well.
  • Accessories: Layered necklaces, a wide-brimmed hat, or a patterned scarf. Consider adding a vintage-inspired belt.
  • Shoes: Ankle boots, strappy sandals, or even barefoot for an earthy, carefree vibe.

General Tips:

  • Color Palette: Stick to earthy tones like cream, beige, olive, soft pastels, and warm hues like rust or mustard.
  • Textures: Incorporate textures like lace, crochet, denim, leather, and linen to add depth and visual interest.
  • Patterns: Subtle patterns like small florals, paisleys, or simple stripes blend well with the boho aesthetic.
  • Props: Consider including rustic elements like woven baskets, old quilts, or vintage suitcases to enhance the theme.

1. I understand that La Bella's Photography will maintain the copyrights to all images from the session.

2. I understand that by being a Bella Babe Model for La Bella's Photography, I will receive a complimentary session and 5-10 high resolution images from the session in exchange for my time and talent. The 5-10 images will be selected by the studio and delivered via a download link. An online proof gallery of the remaining images will be available, with the option to purchase additional images, with a 25% off discount, if I choose to.

3. I understand that I must sign a Minor Model Call Print Release and allow La Bella's Photography full use of all images in exchange for a complimentary session and 3 storybook edited images.

Adult and Minor Model Release

For full release to La Bella's Photography for the use of your photos.
 
 

This Release is between the Client and Photographer for the photographic session in which the Adult (s) and Minor (s) Model (s) will be photographed. Client acknowledges they are the parent and/or legal guardian of the minor models listed above. The Client authorizes the Photographer, and/or any assignees and licensees, to use and to create images, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, for promotional materials, online marketing, port, and other areas of marketability. The Client further authorizes the distribution of photographs to potential clients of the Photographer for demonstration purposes and authorizes the inclusion of such images in a Photographer portfolio. The Client agrees and understands that the photos will be taken and stored through electronic digital imaging. The Client further acknowledges that the Client will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that the Photographer of such photos exclusively owns all rights. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer shall have the exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic materials which contain the Client’s image in accordance with the following permissions; -Printed promotional materials -Printed portfolio samples -Online using (including but not limited to social media accounts, website and blog display) -Other areas of marketability by the Photographer The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer may modify, change, or alter such images without restriction. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the photographs created by the Photographer shall become and remain the exclusive property of the Photographer, and that the Client retains no rights to said photographs unless specified particularly in this Release. The Client also hereby waives all rights and claims and releases the Photographer from any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, relating to the sale, display, license, use, and exploitation of the photos. The Client hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall not bring any action or proceeding or maintain a complaint against the Photographer in any court of law, state or local, or before any administrative body, related in any way whatsoever, to the use of the photographs. The Client hereby releases any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of the Client’s photographs and the reproduction thereof as aforesaid. The Client hereby waives any right that the Client may have to inspect and/or approve the photographs or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

After you submit the application:

- I will review your answers, jot down my questions and reach out with a good time for us to chat over the phone. This usually takes about 30 minutes. This is where we will fine tune the details and select the session date.

- Once the details are confirmed, I will start the booking process to secure your date by texting you your booking link, outlining the session details and contract.
